In augustus 1974, toen Band On The Run zeven weken op rij op nummer 1 stond in Britse albumcharts, gingen Paul McCartney en Wings naar Abbey Road Studios voor de opnames van een videodocumentaire en mogelijk een live studioalbum – ‘One Hand Clapping’. Ondanks de overweldigende vraag naar nieuw opgenomen materiaal van de grootste band ter wereld van dat moment, werd ‘One Hand Clapping’ nooit officieel uitgebracht. De complete sessies zijn opnieuw gemixt en aangevuld met 12 nummers die niet in de
originele film verschenen, inclusief herbewerkte fragmenten van Beatles-klassiekers.
